Ideal applicant is an experience professional looking to rent a room within the clinic ( Room rental rate - $1,200 -$1,500/ month).
We are seeking a skilled, licensed Aesthetician to join our growing team and provide high-quality skin care and aesthetic services in a dynamic, client-focused environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare, understands emerging technologies and treatments, and delivers exceptional client service with professionalism and care.
This is a room rental model with profit sharing on referred clients. The clinic is located in Midtown Toronto.
Responsibilities
- Perform customized aesthetic treatments including but not limited to:
- Facials (clinical, anti-aging, acne, hydrating, botox)
- Chemical peels and enzyme treatments
- Microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, microneedling
- LED light therapy, radiofrequency, or IPL (as trained)
- Body contouring or cellulite treatments (e.g. non-surgical BBL)
- Conduct thorough client consultations, assess skin conditions, and recommend personalized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate client records, including treatment history and skin progress
- Provide post-treatment education and skincare recommendations (retail products)
- Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned, maintained, and used safely
- Comply with health and safety protocols and local/state regulations
- Collaborate with RNs, NPs, and physicians in delivering integrated wellness and aesthetic care
- Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and promotional events
Qualifications
- Valid state license as an Aesthetician (Medical Aesthetician license preferred)
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a medspa, dermatology, or aesthetic clinic
- Experience with medical-grade products and advanced treatment devices (HydraFacial, SkinPen, Morpheus8, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, protocols, and contraindications
- Excellent interpersonal, sales, and customer service skills
- High level of professionalism, hygiene, and attention to detail
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
- Experience working under physician or RN supervision
- Comfort with EMR systems and digital scheduling
- Passion for the beauty, health, and wellness industry
- Sales experience in skincare or cosmetic retail a plus
