This is a fantastic opportunity to be the initial customer support for the branch by greeting and directing customers, answering phone calls, and performing a full range of clerical and support activities. Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls, greet customers, and direct to proper parties in a professional and timely manner
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Perform general clerical duties - typing, emailing, mail, data entry
- Prepare cash/bank deposits and reconciliations
- Prepare standard letters, documents, or training material
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Arrange catering for events/meetings
- Maintain customer lounge/coffee areas
- Process Sales Department documents including lien searches, buyouts, funding, leases, and cash deals
- Participate in regular inventory tracking
- Assist other departments as required including room booking/preparation, event planning
- Have exceptional customer service skills, and high level of confidentiality
- Strong communication skills
- Administrative expertise and knowledge of office procedures
- Knowledge of cash handling, and general accounting processes
- Are a self-starter with ability to organize and multitask
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent computer skills with an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- High school/equivalent education, Business or Admin certificate would be an asset
