Key Responsibilities:
Analyze mobile plans to identify cost savings and manage device lifecycles.
Create and track POs, submit capital expenditure requests, and assist with budget tracking.
Serve as the first point of contact for basic tech requests and assist with M&A data cleansing.
Coordinate IT leadership schedules, meetings, documentation, and outgoing shipments.
Qualifications:
2+ years in an administrative or coordination role; experience creating POs or financial requisitions.
Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets).
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred: IT department experience, mobility management knowledge, and familiarity with Workday.
