Overview:
Super Soil is BC’s largest natural soil supply company, assisting all landscaping needs and requirements in the residential and commercial markets. We are looking to enhance our Sales & Administrative team with someone looking to grow relations, accounts and also internally within our company.
We are currently assembling a team of passionate individuals who wants to assist in the growth and development of the day to day operations of all soil and landscaping needs and requests.
What you’ll be doing:
- Build customer relationships and needs
- Effectively articulate the advantages of products and services to partner organizations
- Adjust effectively to frequently changing work assignments
- Proactively seek to find creative solutions to meet internal brand performance KPIs
- Handle and respond to objections and contentions
- Establish credibility and rapport with partners
- Use effective techniques to explicitly understand partner needs
- Demonstrate effective time management
- Assist operations team in efficient loading of dump trucks
- Maintain a professional demeanor
- provide additional support to operation and office teams as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
