Qualifications:
- Diploma in business administration, office administration
- Minimum two years related work experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to communicate effectively and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Demonstrated accuracy, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize workload to meet various deadlines
- Must be at intermediate skill level for Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher, Powerpoint and Visio
- Ability to use independent judgment and maintain confidentiality of records, actions, and information
- Demonstrated regular attendance at work
Assets:
- Experienced with Smartsheet and Canva design software
CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT
- This position shall be conditional upon a satisfactory Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC) where indicated, to ensure the absence of relevant criminal convictions.
