Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper (NOC 1241 B)
Novapak Paper Products is located in Delta BC. We are looking to fill a multi-role position: Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper
Will perform the following duties:
· Answer phones and reply emails of existing and new customers, suppliers, and management
· Assist in resolving customer complaints
· Assist in estimating and sending out quotes to customers
· Assist in preparing documents and job orders
· Assist in printing documents needed for production
· Assist in encoding / data-entry into systems, and making sure systems remains updated
· Assist in sending purchase orders
· Assist in receiving customer orders
· Assist in cold-calling leads
· Assist in following up accounts receivables
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
