Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our office. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with document preparation, proofreading, and editing
- File and organize documents, both physical and computerized
- Perform general clerical tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning
- Assist with customer support inquiries and provide excellent service
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and other events as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or similar software
- Knowledge of dental office procedures is a plus
- Strong computer skills, including typing and data entry
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed
- Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
