Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to both staff and management
- Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism; respond to general inquiries
- Greet and assist visitors, directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Assist with the preparation, proofreading, and editing of various documents
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems
- Perform general clerical tasks such as data entry, copying, and scanning
- Respond to customer service inquiries with professionalism and care
- Assist in planning and coordinating meetings, events, and conferences
Qualifications
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or equivalent software
- Strong computer literacy and accurate data entry skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
