Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations and help our office run smoothly. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyze customer needs will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Manage office tasks such as filing, scheduling, and data entry
- Answer phones, take messages, and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Maintain office supplies and organize inventory
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements
- Assist various departments with clerical needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus)
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role (1+ year preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
