Brenco is looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk. Daily tasks consist of a variety of duties including, but not limited to customer service, creating invoice, posting deposits, collections, managing daily timecards, and general office duties. The ideal candidate would be self-motivated and organized; while prior experience would be an asset, Brenco will provide training to the right candidate.
The position is temporary. We are looking to fill the position in March, and expect the duration to last approximately 15 months.
The top qualities we are searching for in a candidate include knowledge of MS Office programs, good written and verbal communication (English), attention to detail, good judgment, an ability to work independently and as a team, confident phone skills, good time management, a positive attitude, the ability to work well under pressure/deadlines, and an eagerness to learn.
Job Responsibilities:
- Call customers to follow up on payments
- Reviews work orders prior to invoicing to ensure information is correct and accurate
- Invoices work orders and sends invoices to customers
- Posts all payments from customers and applies payments to outstanding invoices
- Follows up with any payment discrepancies/missed invoices
- General office duties
- Answers phones and directs calls (and customers) to appropriate personnel
- Manages daily timecards for all hourly staff
- Sends out all year end customer correspondence ahead of our corporate year end
- Represents the company in a professional manner
