Royal Canadian High School is seeking an experienced and passionate Academic Superintendent to join our growing international team. This full-time permanent position involves relocating to Vietnam to oversee and coordinate the delivery of our Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) program at our partner school.
The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in maintaining academic quality, supporting teachers, and ensuring compliance with Ontario Ministry of Education standards. Responsibilities
- Oversee academic delivery and compliance with the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) standards
- Support and mentor local teachers delivering RCHS curriculum
- Coordinate assessment, reporting, and curriculum planning in partnership with school leadership
- Serve as the primary liaison between Royal Canadian High School (Canada) and the partner school in Vietnam
- Participate in school inspections, staff training, and curriculum development
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Ontario Teaching Certification (OCT) or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in an academic setting
- Strong understanding of the Ontario curriculum and OSSD graduation requirements
- Experience working in international education is a strong asset
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
