Call Centre Representative - 6 week contract-remote - Hiring ASAP

We are Canada’s largest independent, privately owned insurance services provider, consisting of a national network of highly qualified professional adjusters who provide claims management solutions for Canada’s insurance and corporate industries.

Job Description:

What will you do?
As a Call Centre Agent, your attention to detail and organization skills will be put to the test providing immediate, front-line customer service assistance to policyholders. You will fulfill an important role in the claims creation process for new claims received via email, fax and telephone.
You will be taking calls and redirecting them as needed and doing any escalations.

You have completed higher secondary education and preferably have some experience working in a customer service role. You have superior computer and communication skills and possess a high degree of attention to detail.

This is a contract opportunity and will require 37.5 hours of work per week.

Education, knowledge and experience required
• Post secondary education
  • Minimum 1 year administrative experience
  • Knowledge of insurance/service industry or related experience preferred
  • Strong computer and telephone skills with an aptitude/ability to learn
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal in English. French is considered a strong asset
  • Attention to detail
