Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Your Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued B2C clients. You’ll provide exceptional support, resolve issues efficiently, and represent the Transformer Table brand with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with empathy and accuracy
- Deliver outstanding service by resolving issues and providing relevant information
- Follow internal procedures to ensure high-quality service
- Maintain strong product knowledge to support customers effectively
What You Bring to the Table:
- Minimum 1 year of call center customer service experience
- Bilingual – fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle difficult customers with empathy and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Ability to manage stress and work under pressure
