$18/hour Day Shift Receiver

At Whip's Carpentry we will strive to deliver excellence in product and service to our customers through continuous improvement in our operations, our people, and our relationships with our customers and suppliers. Whip's Carpentry is currently seeking full time, permanent day shift Receiver.

Responsibilities:

· Receive products from vendor deliveries and unload trucks at the loading docks

· Unpack and examine incoming shipments for damages

· Compare received products to packing lists to ensure that deliveries are complete

· Store inventory in proper location throughout warehouse

· Maintain organization of all stock

· Assist production with retrieval of supplies

· Follow and abide by all Health and Safety policies and procedures

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· 6 months to 1 year of receiving experience dealing with numerous SKU’s is an asset

· Forklift certification or experience operating a forklift/reach truck would be considered an asset

· Extremely organized and detail orientated individual

· Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently

· Physically capable of repetitively lifting up to 50lbs

· Most own steel toe boots
