We are seeking a Vice President of Sales (PLL / RFIC) with exceptional expertise, market insights, and a strong network in the semiconductor industry to lead and expand our global sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive global sales of PLL and RFIC products to Tier-1 customers in wireless, satellite, and semiconductor markets.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies targeting top OEMs, module makers, and semiconductor companies.
- Leverage existing industry network and relationships to secure large-scale design wins and partnerships.
- Lead strategic customer engagements, negotiations, and long-term partnership building.
- Build and manage a world-class sales team to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
- Provide customer feedback to guide product roadmap and market positioning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of proven sales experience in RFIC, PLL, or related semiconductor fields.
- Previous leadership roles at top-tier semiconductor companies (e.g., Qualcomm, Broadcom, Skyworks, Qorvo, Analog Devices, NXP, Infineon, etc.).
- Strong track record of sales success with RFIC / PLL / RF front-end / timing solutions.
- Extensive network and direct contacts with decision-makers at Tier-1 OEMs, carriers, and module vendors.
- Ability to independently generate sales through personal network and resources.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications, or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $72,841.24-$261,131.22 per year
