Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Sushi Chef to prepare high-quality sushi, manage ingredient preparation, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. The role requires working in a dynamic grocery store environment and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of sushi dishes, including nigiri, rolls.
- Handle ingredient preparation, including sourcing and cutting fresh fish, vegetables, and other components.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary sushi preparation area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Organize and tidy the workspace, including cleaning and sanitizing tools and equipment.
Work Schedule
- Hours: 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM (Negotiable)
- Full-time or part-time positions available
