Position : Part time Sushi Chef or Roll Chef

We are a busy and well-loved Japanese restaurant currently looking for a Sushi Chef or Rollman to join our kitchen team. If you have experience in preparing sushi rolls and a passion for Japanese cuisine, we want to hear from you!
Employment Type: Part-time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Start Date: [Immediate / Negotiable]
Shift : Fri, Sat, Sun 5:00pm to 9:00pm (4hours/day, 3days/week)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of sushi rolls (traditional and creative)
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Handle fresh ingredients with care and precision
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Work closely with chefs and follow kitchen procedures
Requirements:
- Experience working as a Rollman or similar sushi preparation role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and plating aesthetics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
