Position Summary
We are looking for someone who has dedication and commitment in providing accurate and timely banking and tenant payment recording and other administrative support services.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Review and approve the daily bank deposit of cash receipts including tenant rent cheques in the mail, post-dated rent cheques and other cash receipts;
- Review and reconcile tenant rent payments (including EFT and PAD etc.) in accounting system on a daily basis;
- Review and analyze tenant rent payments and other deposits reports and reconciliations;
- Approve the tenant PAD forms with sufficient backups (including proper authorizations etc.);
- Review and approve the Scanning supporting documents for all receipts;
- Other ad-hoc duties as determined from time-to-time.
- Completion of college or degree in a related field or accounting.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in handling commercial tenant rent payments (post-dated cheques, electronic funds transfer, pre-authorized deposit etc.);
- Strong software application skills including Yardi and MS Office;
- Strong written and verbal communication skill;
- Strong customer (both internal and external) service orientation;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize workload;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent planning, time management and organization skills.
