The successful candidate will possess law enforcement and/ or security experience. The successful candidate will possess (or is eligible to obtain) a valid Manitoba Security License and will be required to maintain the certification. A valid class 5 license is an assets. Standard First Aid and CPR "C" are required.
The Supervisor will be responsible for day to day operations at the client's site. The supervisor will have exceptional communication skills and superior reporting abilities. The Supervisor is required to attend regular client meetings and represent Paladin Security in a professional and courteous manner at all times. The Supervisor will be required to attend and oversee large scale incidents that may require extensive emergency response experience, along with incident command and emergency management skills. Some incidents may involve criminal activity where an experienced law enforcement/investigative background may be beneficial to carry out the investigation. The Supervisor will work very well under pressure, knowing when to bring issues to management. Microsoft experience considered necessary for this position. Multiple interviews may be required for successful completion of the hiring process. Successful applicants must be elgible to work in Canada.
