Are you a student in logistics, operations management, or supply chain and looking to apply your knowledge in a dynamic environment? Join our team as a Student Inventory Coordinator ! You’ll play a role in ensuring the efficient flow of our distribution chain by directly supporting inventory coordinators in their day-to-day activities.

What’s involved in this role:
- Support coordinators in tracking replenishment orders between plants and distribution centers.
- Update data in SAP/Oracle and Excel (DRP parameters, stock tracking, etc.).
- Assist in preparing and analyzing performance indicators (KPIs) such as service level and stock losses.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Help identify gaps between demand forecasts and available stock levels.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and documentation of work methods.
What you need to join our team:
- Student in logistics, operations management, supply chain, or a related field.
- Be available to work 18 hours/week, with 1 day availability on the weekend.
- Strong interest in inventory management and ERP systems.
- Basic knowledge of Excel; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and a team player.
