Job Title: International Student Advisor and Recruiter

Organizational Status:
We are currently looking forward to welcoming a Full Time, International Student Advisor and Recruiter. You will be part of our fantastic team and report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. You will be helping the students understand the culture, diversity of studying in Canada.
Job responsibilities:
- Assists in analyzing and offer recommendations on the managerial strategies for attracting more potential students.
- Supports in investigating managerial policies and programs to determine their efficacy and efficiency.
- Conduct evaluations and suggest modifications to practices in areas like operations, human resources, records management, and communications.
- Develop long-term relationships with third-party vendors to increase the promotion of our services.
- Analyze and present all ROI to management (KPI might vary based on projects)
- Perform routine clerical duties to support the office team.
- Giving advice and assistance to companies regarding regulatory policies and practices, ensuring internal adherence to regulations, and preparing submissions and filings with regulatory agencies.
- Assist in planning to restructure an establishment's operations.
- Perform other additional administrative duties related to the Student Advising & Recruitment department.
- Answering a combination of phone calls, emails, and online chat messages to provide initial support to customers
- Creating sales reports to share with executive leadership and senior members of the sales team
- Adhering to the procedures and guidelines of the company
- Staying up-to-date with emerging trends, available merchandise, and new products that the company will offer to clients and customers
- Pre-screening sales leads and sharing information with a member of the student advising and recruitment team for follow-up.
Supervision Received
Works independently and in collaboration with the Chief Marketing Officer. The performance is evaluated for efficiency, effectiveness, time management, and quality of work.
Supervision Given
None, but training might be provided to new hires.
Qualifications
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
- Experience in working in an educational institution is preferred.
- Experience in working in the similar role/field/ or education is highly preferred.
- Excellent/Good organizational skills, communications skills- oral and written and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Multilingual and able to communicate with ease in minimum three Asian international languages.
- Understand the educational student recruitment system.
- Comprehensive understanding of their area of sales.
- Ability to stay helpful, polite, and confident, and have the resources to resolve customer issues.
- Comfortable working with other members of the sales team to support their process and goals
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, organize, meet deadlines, be dependable, and stay flexible

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
