We are a growing restaurant specializing in high-quality fried chicken, burgers, and international flavors. We are now expanding our menu to include authentic Indian and Arabic dishes, and we’re looking for a talented chef to join our kitchen team.
Position Summary
As our Indian & Arabic Chef, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting authentic dishes with consistent quality and taste. You will work closely with our team to create an exciting and flavorful menu that appeals to our diverse customer base.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of Indian and Arabic dishes (appetizers, mains, sides, sauces, etc.)
Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation standards
Manage kitchen inventory for spices and specialty ingredients
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are followed at all times
Work with management to create seasonal specials and new recipes
Requirements
✅ Proven experience as an Indian, Arabic, or Middle Eastern chef
✅ Strong knowledge of spices, cooking techniques, and authentic recipes
✅ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
✅ Team player with good communication skills
✅ Eligible to work in Canada (or willing to relocate)
