Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients in Arabic and English.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them to the correct department.
- Schedule and confirm appointments using our booking system.
- Assist clients with completing forms and processing payments.
- Translate and communicate important information between clients and staff when needed.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
- Perform administrative duties including filing, scanning, and data entry.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic and English (verbal and written).
- Previous experience in reception, administration, or customer service is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
