Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Chai Pani recipes, quality standards, and portion sizes
- Ensure all dishes are presented in an appealing and consistent manner
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times
- Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating stock and supplies
- Support the team during busy service periods with speed, accuracy, and teamwork
- Perform opening, closing, and cleaning duties as required
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role (experience with Indian cuisine is an asset, but not required – training provided)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
