About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and professional Solar Sales Consultant to conduct in-person proposal meetings with homeowners in the Nanaimo area. This is a full-time employee position, compensated entirely through commission.
All appointments are booked by our internal team, and you’ll have the opportunity to earn additional commission on any deals you generate yourself. This is a performance-based role ideal for someone who thrives on closing sales and helping customers make informed energy decisions.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-home proposal meetings with pre-qualified homeowners
- Present customized solar solutions and explain system benefits, savings, and incentives
- Guide clients through financing and contract options
- Follow up with interested leads and support them through the decision process
- (Optional) Generate your own leads for additional commission
- Work closely with our operations team to ensure smooth handoffs and satisfied customers
- Stay informed on solar products, rebates, and market trends

What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience (solar, HVAC, roofing, or other home services preferred)
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills
- Reliable and self-motivated with a professional demeanor
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
- Comfortable conducting in-home sales consultations
- Proficiency in CRM tools is an asset

Pay: $120,000.00-$180,000.00 per year
