Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Leasing Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and leasing New and used vehicles to prospective Customers. You will utilize your exceptional customer service skills and sales expertise to create a welcoming environment for potential clients while effectively showcasing the features and benefits of our wide range of vehicles. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be comfortable engaging with clients, and have a passion for helping others find their ideal vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Greet prospective tenants and provide them with information about available Vehicles.
- Conduct test drives and vehicle walkarounds, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Assist clients in completing sales applications and lease agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with potential clients.
- Follow up with leads to ensure a high level of customer service.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to meet leasing goals and objectives.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to enhance leasing strategies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
- Experience in sales management or outside sales is a plus.
- Familiarity with the automotive market is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are crucial for success in this role.
