We are seeking a dedicated and organized Service Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and be proficient in various clerical tasks, contributing to an efficient and welcoming environment for both staff and clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, greeting clients and visitors
- Utilize QuickBooks for invoicing assistance, billing, and maintaining financial records.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized documentation.
- Assist in the management of scheduling service work
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office space to ensure a professional atmosphere.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes using Google Suite tools.
Experience
- Previous experience in a front desk or clerical role is preferred, particularly within a construction setting.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online is advantageous for managing financial transactions effectively.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is essential for daily operations.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Experience as a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
