Job Summary
The Office Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This position involves a variety of administrative and clerical tasks that support the overall efficiency of the organization. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.

Duties
- Manage and maintain office filing systems to ensure easy access to documents.
- Assist in training development for new staff members, providing guidance on office procedures.

- Able to send emails, follow-up, documents, assist in calls

-Excellent in sales.

- Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Supervise clerical staff, providing direction and support as needed.
- Perform various administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record keeping and reporting.
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and facilitate communication within the office.

- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors to foster positive relationships.

Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in clerical and administrative functions.
- Experience with payroll processing and understanding of payroll systems.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively.

-Tracking and filling in potential client information in excel

-Assisting withSales calls and follow up from leads
- Competency in operating phone systems for efficient communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
