Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and administrative tasks, As a Service Writer, you will play a crucial role in managing client interactions, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients as they arrive at the office, providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and address client inquiries
- Maintain organized files and documentation for client accounts and services rendered
- Perform clerical duties including typing reports, managing office supplies, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience working in a dental office is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
