What we’re looking for

The Research and Insights (R&I) Team is a multidisciplinary group within the Research and Design organization under R&D. We are looking for a seasoned qualitative product researcher to join our forward-thinking team of insight enthusiasts who can engage with other insight-driven disciplines and execute rigorous, high-impact research. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Research and Insights, you will join a team of professionals in CX and product research. 

Our team is pivotal in shaping product, design, and broader business strategies across the organization. Our work spans multiple internal partners, driving decisions that directly influence the company’s direction. As part of our innovative team, you’ll have the opportunity to conceptualize, drive, and synthesize strategic research efforts across various business areas. You'll align cross-functional partners around a unified, insights-driven perspective by leveraging your expertise in research methodology and connecting diverse data sources to elevate strategic initiatives with a well-rounded, evidence-based point of view.
