About the Job
Design perception algorithms such as object detection/instance segmentation/pose estimation based on RGB or RGBD sensors.
Building tools for 3D reconstruction and sensor data simulation.
Fully participate in technical planning, implementing, and coordinating all aspects of the project including data collection/preparation, data analysis, model development and literature review.
Write manuscripts for publication.
Requirements
About the Ideal Candidate:
MS/Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability.
Experience with computer vision and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
Experience with developing perception/3D construction algorithms.
Familiar with LiDAR/Camera sensors.
Excellent software development skills in C++ & Python.
Comfortable developing with Linux & Git.
Evidence of leading-edge publications in the scientific literature.
