About the Role

If you're looking for a role that puts your HR expertise at the heart of impactful work—and lets you take ownership from day one—this role is for you! We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Senior HR Advisor (SHRA) for a fixed term 6-month contract located at our International Engineering and Technology Hub in Abbotsford, Victoria.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on complexity, loves a challenge, and is driven to make things happen. This is not a role where you wait for direction. It’s one for the motivated self-starter, the dependable operator who embodies our value of Own and Deliver. You’ll hit the ground running, trusted to work independently while making a genuine difference.

In this critical role embedded within our regionally-based Strategic People Partnership Team, you’ll be the first line of contact for our leaders and employees. You’ll be their go-to partner—offering trusted coaching, insight, and support on everything from performance and misconduct matters to business restructuring and change initiatives. As a key connector between line managers and our People Services Team, you’ll ensure our workforce is supported with sound advice and strong HR practices that reflect our values and comply with evolving legislation.

You will navigate complex awards, agreements and policies to guide decisions that balance business need with fair process. Whether it's providing advice on a grievance, advising on a new team structure, or interpreting legislative change, you're not just following procedures. You're shaping how we lead people well.

If you enjoy the autonomy to lead your own work but never feel far from a supportive team, if you’re energised by diverse challenges and love the nitty-gritty of HR done right—we'd love to meet you.

To be successful, you will bring:
