THE ROLE
We are seeking a motivated and client-focused individual to join our team in an Associate Advisor capacity, with an emphasis on learning the business through administrative support and operations. This role is designed to provide a strong foundation in wealth and insurance planning, with the intention of progressing into a sales-oriented advisor role.
The Associate Advisor will support the wealth team in delivering integrated insurance and wealth solutions to both existing and prospective clients. Ideal candidates are eager to learn, organized, and have a genuine interest in helping clients achieve their financial goals. Over time, the Associate Advisor will transition into a client-facing role, offering personalized advice built on trust, insight, and integrity.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Engage clients in meaningful discovery conversations to understand their needs and offer tailored insurance and wealth solutions.
Provide advice and product recommendations across Life Insurance, Critical Illness, Disability, and Investment products.
Build strong, lasting client relationships through proactive communication and ongoing service.
Leverage internal tools and platforms, such as Salesforce, to manage client relationships and ensure compliance.
Actively prospect new clients and expand referral networks through community involvement and strategic partnerships.
Contribute to team success by meeting individual sales targets and supporting a collaborative team environment.
Stay informed about market trends, industry updates, and new product offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Admin and support duties as required

WHAT WE REQUIRE:
Post-secondary education (degree or diploma)
Valid Life License (LLQP or HLLQP) or willingness to obtain
CSC and WME License considered an asset
1–2+ years of professional experience in insurance or financial services sales
Proven track record in business development and client acquisition
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
An existing network of referrals or Centres of Influence (COIs).
Experience with financial planning or investment products
