Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and training & development. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
Duties
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings on various platforms, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparation of onboarding materials and conducting orientation sessions.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems such as Quickbooks.
- Coordinate training & development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Provide administrative support for payroll processing using Quickbooks.
- Assist with employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct data entry and data collection for HR metrics and reporting purposes.
- Utilize ATS tools for efficient candidate tracking and management.
- Support talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates through various channels and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources management or administrative roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (Quickbooks) is highly desirable.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with employees at all levels.
- Ability to cooridnate and conduct interviews and perform HR sourcing activities efficiently.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
