How will you make an impact in this role?
This is a critical support role within the Third-Party Partner (TPP) Oversight team, focused on the operational execution of compliance and governance programs for TPPs in Canada. The Senior Analyst will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, coordinating partner communications, and supporting internal control processes to ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct and internal policies. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and collaborative professional to contribute to a high-visibility compliance function and grow within a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
Compliance Operations
- Maintain and update the inventory of third-party relationships, ensuring accurate and timely data entry across internal systems.
- Support the execution of annual attestation and policy review cycles, including partner outreach, documentation tracking, and issue escalation.
- Assist in reviewing and updating contracts, internal SOPs, and compliance documentation to reflect regulatory or procedural changes.
Reporting & Documentation
- Track and consolidate partner compliance submissions, flagging risks or delays as needed.
- Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and reporting tools to monitor TPP performance and compliance metrics.
- Prepare materials for internal reviews, audits, and regulatory submissions in collaboration with the Senior Manager.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Liaise with Legal, Risk, and Business Enablement teams to support timely completion of control management and audit requests.
- Assist in drafting and distributing internal and external communications related to compliance initiatives and partner oversight.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in compliance, risk, or business operations.
- Familiarity with Canadian payment industry regulations and the Code of Conduct.
- Strong organizational, project management and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
