About the Role
We are seeking a Principal-level Agile Practitioner/Coach to drive the design and implementation of a standardized Flow Metrics measurement framework across teams, programs, and portfolios. This role will involve building dashboards, defining baselines, and coaching leaders and teams on how to interpret and act on flow metrics to improve business agility and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define flow metrics and establish baselines across teams.
- Build and implement a standardized measurement framework with dashboards at the team, program, and portfolio levels.
- Identify where metrics will be captured and ensure consistency of measurement.
- Coach and train leaders/teams on how to understand, interpret, and apply flow metrics.
- Pilot implementation with select teams before scaling across the organization.
- Provide pragmatic, actionable guidance that connects metrics to business value.
Requirements
Required Skills & ExperienceProven expertise with Flow Metrics (Flow Efficiency, Flow Time, Flow Velocity, Flow Load, Flow Distribution).
Hands-on experience with the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
Strong background as an Agile Practitioner/Coach, with a pragmatic approach to applying Agile in real-world business environments.
Demonstrated ability to influence and coach senior leaders as well as delivery teams.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify and connect technical measures to business outcomes.
Financial services or banking industry experience specifically around Wealth Management ideal
