Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, telemarketing, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our technology offerings.
- Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that drive engagement and sales.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on client feedback.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively position our products.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or technical sales environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Demonstrated experience in business development, inside sales, or telemarketing is advantageous.
- A customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
