We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a Sales Account Manager your goal is to maximize sales growth and capture market share. This requires a self-driven individual who is a “hunter” and an expert at relationship building.

AX provides customized solutions to compounding facilities all around the world with a focus in North America. AX has been operating since January of 2015, and has experienced 166% growth over the past 7 years.
Base salary plus uncapped commission based on progressive levels of sales revenue targets.
- Level 4 – Minimum package with bonus: $215,000.
- Company benefits are available for all employees after probation, including: paid vacation days, medical/dental and Group RRSP contributions.

Duties
Reporting to the Director of Sales - duties include:
- Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure long-term relationships and satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
