About the Role
As an Implementation Manager, you will play a critical customer-facing role to deliver best in class SaaS products and digital transformation journeys to our most strategic customers. You will work in an agile team to manage delivery schedules and change management streams. You will coordinate across internal and external stakeholders to successfully plan, map objectives and outcomes, manage and deploy our products to some of the largest players in U.S. and Canadian healthcare. In this role, you are an essential part of our customers' successful adoption and retention of Phelix and digital transformation generally.
You will work across the areas of service delivery, support and incident prevention, and change management. You have considerable experience in SaaS implementation and delivery (preferably in healthcare) and will become a subject matter expert in the Phelix platform. You will expand your expertise to focus on certain healthcare specialties to add further value to your client engagements.
What you’ll do :
- Oversee end-to-end SaaS implementation projects, from planning and scoping to execution and post-launch support
- Understand client requirements and partner with internal teams to ensure compliance with delivery commitments
- Help shape the company’s implementation delivery and support model and processes
- Work with cross functional teams to provide ongoing improvement of service management processes and implementation
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements to help better scale implementation functions
- Form strong relationships with customers’ key delivery stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing SaaS implementations, software deployments, or related tech delivery roles
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering high-quality results
- Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies, SaaS platforms, and system integrations
- Strong client facing experience, including ongoing relationship management
- Healthcare industry knowledge or experience
