Position Summary
The Senior Implementation Lead plays is an essential role responsible for ensuring the seamless implementation of DealerPILOT's HR solutions while also serving as a mentor and quality lead within the Implementation team. This position extends beyond project delivery, providing process enhancement, risk mitigation, and coaching of junior team members.
With project durations spanning 5-9 months from start to finish. This position entails meticulous adherence to DealerPILOT's standardized implementation processes. As a Senior Implementation Lead, you will be responsible for conducting project kick-off meetings, overseeing solution discovery, offering expert consultation to enhance HR and workforce management processes, ad hoc configuring solution, troubleshooting and testing, training clients in a virtual environment, and providing unwavering support until the project transitions to our Customer Support team.
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
· Mastering of Implementation Processes: Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of DealerPILOT's Implementation departments, processes, strategies, and technology. Integrate these elements seamlessly into your weekly responsibilities, with the goal of ensuring client satisfaction and system utilization through the successful adoption of our implementation process.
· Project Management: Successfully managing larger, more complex workload (typically lager projects over of 150 users, 23-25 concurrent projects) having an estimated duration of 5-9 months, while maintaining a high standard of quality is a core responsibility.
· Process Development for Expansion: Take a lead role in developing and rollout of implementation processes, tailored to other markets. This includes helping shape workflows, documentation, and best practices that align with local requirements while ensuring they stay consistent with our overall standards while addressing the unique needs of that market.
· Mentorship & Team Support: Act as a mentor and escalation point for other Implementation Leads. Provide guidance, troubleshoot challenges, and share knowledge to foster team development.
· Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in implementation workflows, templates, and delivery models. Recommend and support the rollout of enhancements that drive consistency, scalability, and client satisfaction.
· Strategic Client Engagement: Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with clients. Deliver consultative insights that improve their HR and workforce management processes and align with industry best practices.
· Training & Enablement Leadership: Educate client project and management teams on the functionality of our solutions and their integration with business processes. Oversee and contribute to training materials, and enablement initiatives for both clients and internal staff. Ensure consistency and quality in knowledge delivery.
· Risk & Change Management: Proactively manage implementation risks, scope changes, and stakeholder alignment. Drive resolution plans that ensure project success and maintain client satisfaction.
· Collaborative Partnership Across Teams: Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure client feedback is shared, opportunities for improvement are identified, and clients experience a seamless transition.
· Independent & Accountable: Operate with minimal supervision, consistently meeting project milestones, budget constraints, and client expectations.
· Professional Client Presentation: Represent DealerPILOT in high-visibility meetings and executive briefings. Deliver clear, persuasive, and professional presentations to stakeholders.
· Creative Problem Solving: Demonstrate the ability to react adeptly to adverse situations and devise innovative solutions that guarantee customer satisfaction.
The Senior Implementation Lead exercises a significant degree of initiative in various aspects of their role, including but not limited to:
Advanced Implementation Ownership Lead complex, business-critical and challenging implementation projects from kick-off to transition, ensuring alignment with client goals and DealerPILOT’s standards.
Mentoring: Supporting and advising other Implementation Leads to raise the overall team performance.
Project Management: Prioritizing tasks, timelines, and resource deployment across a larger, more complex workload (typically 23-25 large high profile concurrent projects).
Issue Escalation: Judging when to manage risk or escalate to leadership based on project impact.
Training Strategy: Developing or adjusting training delivery approaches to better serve evolving client needs.
Client Success Advocacy: Identifying long-term opportunities for client success and surfacing those to the Customer Success team post-implementation.
