The Role
We’re seeking an experienced Store Manager / Retail Manager to lead a busy brand name outlet. This is a hands-on, working manager position — working between 38-44 hours each week, you’ll be on the floor leading by example, serving customers, driving sales, merchandising, managing inventory, and overseeing daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, hire, train & motivate a high-performing retail team
- Work on the sales floor daily — customer service, merchandising, inventory management
- Drive in-store & online sales to meet and exceed performance goals
- Manage store operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling
- Maintain merchandising standards and ensure inventory is stocked
- Perform all retail tasks as needed — cashiering, stocking, customer service
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
- Complete scheduling, payroll, and basic administrative duties
- Oversee e-commerce operations — online product listings, order fulfillment, and customer inquiries
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail management or supervisory experience (brand-name outlet experience preferred)
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, or similar) is an asset
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- POS system experience and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Physically active — standing, moving, occasional lifting
- Available for weekends, holidays, day & evening shifts, including flexibility in the daily schedule, staying when the business needs is, covering your team's shifts etc.
