What we are looking for:
. Level 2 or higher Early Childhood Educator

- Knowledge of program management principles and best practices
· Out of School Activity planning and supporting classroom management
· Develop and implement child care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional and social development of children
· Supervise and check children’s daily attendance and create daily report to program director
· Ensure educator-child ratios and group size are maintained throughout each day.
· Ensuring the program meets the children’s social, emotional, educational, and health needs.
· Supervising staff, trainees or volunteers who work with the children
· Supporting and collaborating with educators on create individuals educational and caring plan for children
· Teaching and preparing art and craft supplies
· Creating and collaborating with educators in developing Positive Behavioral Support Plan for children.
· Follow up with educators to track the outcomes of positive behavioral support plan
· Coordinating guest speakers
· Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with parents, co-workers, and community service providers working with children
· Discuss progress and program of children at staff meeting
· Support with Special Needs Children and Children with behavioral challenges
· Plan and maintain an environment that protect the health, well-being, and cognitive development of children
· Assist Early Childhood Educators with teaching, playing, feeding, and diaper change of children
· Engage children in activities by reading stories, art and crafts, dramatic playing, physical activities, and music
· Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral challenges and prepare reports for program director, and parents or guardians
