- Order Taking: Accurately record food and beverage orders and enter them into the restaurant's point-of-sale system.
- Food & Drink Delivery: Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to bring the correct orders to the customers' tables.
- Table Maintenance: Set tables with cutlery, glasses, and napkins, and clear dishes and tables after guests have finished their meals.
- Payment Processing: Present the bill to customers and process cash or card payments.
- Problem Resolution: Handle any customer issues or complaints, escalating them to management when necessary.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with coworkers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and a positive dining experience for all guests.
- Atmosphere Management: Maintain a welcoming environment, replenish drinks, and check in with guests to ensure their needs are met throughout the meal.
