Kristian Electric is looking for a Receptionist to join our Edmonton branch. You will be responsible for the day-to-day clerical functions, while providing excellent customer service to our clients and liaising with staff in Saskatoon and Calgary.

Job Description

Position: Receptionist

Location: Edmonton

Role Summary:

Reporting to the Edmonton Branch Office Manager, the Receptionist is responsible for answering and referring inbound telephone calls, greeting and being the first point of contact for walk-in clients and business associates while also doing a variety of office tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to telephone, e-mail, and in-person inquiries from customers and other parties.
  • Refer all inquiries to the appropriate individuals, or departments across the organization via telephone, voice mail, or by taking written messages
  • Various office tasks including but not limited to:
  • Timecard entry, posting time to work orders.
  • Proof reading work orders.
  • Invoicing sales orders, payment processing.
  • Learn product knowledge for retail sales.
  • Other general office duties.

Educational Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Minimum 1 year reception experience

Working Conditions:

  • Maintain a professional personal appearance.
  • Warehouse and office environment.
  • Safety precautions are highly important.
  • Monday – Friday 8:00-4:30
