Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate departments, and take messages when necessary.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and customer waiting area
- Assist with filing, data entry, and document organization
- Support sales, service, and management teams with clerical tasks
- Maintain office supplies and ensure areas are well-stocked
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
