We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk and providing exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Specific job training will be provided. Past experience working in the eye care field is a bonus, but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing calls appropriately.
- Schedule appointments.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to documents.
- Handle clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data entry and file management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
- Experience with front desk operations and customer service is desirable.
- Proficiency in English language is required.
