Currently we have an exciting career opportunity for a Reception/Administrative Support at our Markham Ontario office. We are looking to hire an enthusiastic, personable individual to assist with order fulfillment and customer inquiries.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming phone calls
- File invoices and expenses
- Entering orders into our inventory system
- Process credit card transactions
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Tech-savvy and grasp current technologies
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- High level of organization and accuracy
- Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter and team player
Education:
- Completion of high school and college
Experience:
- Experience an asset
