We are seeking a friendly and skilled Receptionist to join our dental team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact to welcome patients, provide exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Perform data entry tasks accurately
- Assist with administrative duties as needed
Skills
- Proficient in computerized systems for appointment scheduling and data entry
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer support abilities
- Experience in office administration is preferred
- Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is a plus
