We are looking for an EXPERIENCED Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate must:
- Must have minimum 2-3 years of experience in the dental office environment
- Proficiency with AbleDent software is a definite advantage, with training available prior to starting
- Help with recalls, billing, insurance, breakdowns, and the overall management of the schedule.
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle multiple phone lines.
- Someone with strong skills like multi-tasking, communication and problem solving.
- A professional, people person and very outspoken.
- A team player, friendly attitude, and fast learner.
- Fluent in English and preferably in Spanish and Portuguese.

Schedule:
- 7 hour shift on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and 1-2 Saturdays are needed. The days are flexible.
