The primary focus will be to ensure that the new ERP system meets business requirements and is ready for deployment by managing test planning, test scenarios and scripts, script execution, defect tracking, team engagement and stakeholder update communications. Additionally, the QA Lead will coordinate with internal and external delivery partners, such as business and finance teams, data and technology, system integrators, internal control partners, and external consultants, to ensure the test cycles adhere to scope, budget, and schedule constraints.

Coordinate the creation and review of test cases, scripts, and scenarios based on business requirements and process flows.
Lead the execution of test cycles, ensuring timely completion, comprehensive testing coverage, and accurate documentation of test results.
Manage defect triage, resolution tracking, and retesting in collaboration with business and technical teams.
Utilize Azure DevOps Test Plans to upload test scripts, centrally store test documentation, and monitor status.
Facilitate UAT training and onboarding for business users and testers.
Monitor and report on SIT/UAT progress updates, issues, and risks to project leadership.
Ensure traceability between test cases and business and technical requirements.
Provide go/no-go recommendations based on UAT outcomes and readiness criteria.
Continuously improve UAT processes and tools for future test cycles, ERP phases or projects.
To succeed in this role, you have:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Accounting, or related field.
